It appears to be an African mask but a full helmet style mask that covers the entire head. It has what looks like a skunk on top of the helmet and white blue black brown and orange colors of paint but dull looking it looks very aged and hand hollowed out with straw for a long whiskers and showing white painted teeth with the skunk on. Top of the head....it is very heavy and impractical looking but looks like it could be of ancient times and very valuable possibly .

Approx slightly bigger then human head and face but can be worn like a helmet
