Copper embossing kits were very popular in the 1960s and 1970s and were sold in craft & hobby shops. Various motifs were available, this would be an old china inspired motif, similar to coromandel lacquer. There is no real market value to these home decor items, the inherent value was the fun doing it. The sentimental value will be much higher than a potential resale value.
