This furniture was inherited from my Aunt. She bought them directly from the Carl Forslund store here in Grand Rapids, Michigan in the early-mid 1970s. We do have the middle extension (no photo). There are some scratches on a couple of the chairs, but otherwise in excellent condition. Smoke-free home and the china cabinet was used for displaying things, not everyday use so drawers and cabinet doors are in excellent condition.
