I believe this is a ceramic piece by Ugo Zaccagnini—has the known “Z” signature on the bottom and says it was made in Italy. I bought this at an estate sale! The style of this particular piece, with its turquoise blue and gold ornamentation, evokes influences from Art Nouveau or Art Deco periods, or even later mid-century decorative arts. In relatively great shape!
