You have not written when the ring was made but stylewise it resembles the 1960-70s and is in high fashion today. The pearl has a very nice colour and an extraordinary size. The design of the ring is very elegant with the diamonds set on the side of the ring. It appears to be in good condition based on the photographs.

I believe that it is a ring would attract the attention of both collectors and dealers if it came up for auction.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the ring has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the diamond and pearl. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
