The ring was made by Aycnia. It's adjustable very beautiful,it's in very good condition, aqua marine, or blue topaz ,emerald cut ,in between 10- 15 carrots,hallmark visible inside the ring band, the ring is platinum pt950.

AYCNIA - A Platinum & Blue Topaz Dress Ring, Modern
the 10-15ct topaz stated to weigh 10-15cts, the four claws and open buckle links pave-set with small brilliant-cut diamonds, shank stamped pt950.
I am assuming the stone is blue topaz but if its market value is US $5000-6000 & Retail US$12,000
