Souvenir tea spoons are worth very little these days - most sell for their scrap weight, which is based on their weight in troy ounces (12 ounces is approx 10 troy ounces). Given what you've told me, this group weighs about 12 ounces/10 troy ounces. Sterling silver is currently selling for about $36.60 per troy ounce, making this group of spoons worth in the range of $360; at auction, this would likely have a value of $300-400.

From left to right, one with a bear handle, one from Minnesota, one from Pasadena, one from St. Louis, one from Niagara Falls, One from Chicago, One from New York City/Brooklyn, one from the Arthurian Well, one from Spokane Falls, one of Mount Rainier/Seattle; together with six various spoons, including two teaspoons, two condiment spoons and two grapefruit spoons.
Each about 6-inches long

They are all teaspoons. A total of 16 spoons. Measure 6 inches in length. Most are around 0.6 ounce, with a few 0.7, one .9 and one 1.0
