This handcrafted 112-in Mansion dollhouse has all the bells and whistles. It boasts chandeliers, wallpaper, inlaid flooring all hand done. Every inch of the Mansion dollhouse has tons of elaborate detail appropriate for the era of large structure, and glass windows throughout this adult dollhouse clapboards siding hand-painted, real brick wall in family room with two chandeliers and medallions included. The fireplace is Italian marble it's just an absolute work of art. I think it would be difficult to put a price on something that is extremely beautiful..... Also last but not least two very beautiful semi-circle staircases. The house is electrified , and all the electrical works as it should..,.. there is also a carriage House separate to the structure and that is a two-bay double roof carriage House... Boasting glass windows as well and painted in the same exterior colors to match the home everything used to create this beautiful baby house is original and in its original state. It does need work but not much pieces need to be glued back in place for example the railings some have come loose over the last 45 years I'm working on that now. But there are no structural issues whatsoever except one corner of a porch roof which I believe was damaged during the move. It is very very heavy and very well built I can promise you that. Worth every penny that I've spent, in my opinion I love it!.

I think you are referring to Rick Maccione (not Rick Mancini, though close!), who is the founder and owner of Dollhouse Mansions, based in the Woodbury/Middlebury, Connecticut area. He has been building custom dollhouses professionally since 1988 and specializes in museum-quality, one-inch-scale wooden dollhouses.
Unlike many hobbyists, Maccione approaches dollhouse building as fine woodworking and architectural modeling. His projects often include individually hand-cut wood shingles, custom trim and moldings, real stone chimneys and foundations, hardwood flooring, functional lighting with conventional wiring rather than tape wiring, and faithful reproductions of real houses.
In 2015, Maccione was profiled in Connecticut Insider magazine (https://www.ctinsider.com/connecticut/article/From-Saltboxes-to-Victorian-Homes-Woodbury-Man-16899521.php), in which he notes the ones he makes can cost between several hundred to several thousand dollars.

The market for dollhouses widely varies, with collectors being willing to pay more money for those with either noteworthy provenance (once owned by a person of historical significance, or from a museum) or ones made by premier dollhouse makers, such as Christian Hacker (Germany, 19th Century), Moritz Gottschalk (Germany, late 19th – early 20th Century), Ernst Plank (Germany, 19th Century); Silber & Fleming (UK, late 19th Century) or Lines Bros / Tri-ang (UK, early to mid-20th Century). Also collectible are dollhouse replicas of world-famous houses (Buckingham Palace, the White House, etc).
I haven't found other Maccione dollhouses having been sold at auction but others by similarly noteworthy makers have sold for between $6,000 and $8,000.
If you're interested in selling this, I would price it at least $10,000 and - if you're keeping it - I would insure it for $15,000. If you decide to work with an auction house to sell this, they'll set their own estimate but I would strongly recommend working with one such as Morphy, Bertoia or RSL that specializes in toys, or has dedicated toy sales.

Good morning Dahlia I hope I got your name correct an answer to your questions about the Mansion dollhouse it is one of a kind custom built as told to me by Rick Mancini of Connecticut he's a dollhouse builder CEO of dollhouse mansions. He has seen pictures but did not give me a ballpark figure of when it was made or built custom built also I was on Facebook marketplace and I saw the ad instantly pressed the comment button and I remember saying I want to buy the dollhouse they feel sell it to me please leave me a private message and she did. When I went to pick up the doll house with my brother she wasn't very forward with much information about the house except for they had a quieter from an estate sale and she was moving to a warmer climate so she couldn't take it with her, and the rest is history we got it into the van that I rented and arrives to my townhouse, and got it inside to its current home right now. That's all I know about the house....... I hope some of this helps? It's the best I can do without any information and of course I can't pass on to you what I do not know about the home mansion., you would think that there would be some kind of a plaque or something with the makers or builders Craftsman's name on it but there isn't I looked everywhere and there's no signatures no writing I've looked under everything I could I can't look under the dollhouse because it's mounted on a plank of plywood that's about an inch thick also probably why it's so heavy as well as the structure being enormous that being said I'm really sorry I can't do better I wish I could have but the woman didn't know that much anyway it is what it is also etched glass windows I don't know if I included a photo that they're absolutely beautiful I think I will include it in this email but it's the only picture I'm going to send because the rest of them speak for themselves it's absolutely a work of art 🎨.
