It is a beautiful diamond and gold ring. Such vintage rings are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
Without any information about the size, colour and clarity of the stones it is hard to tell exactely how many carats diamonds the ring has. The band is made of 14 kt gold and the diamonds appears to be circa 0,05 ct each which adds up to approximately 0,95-1 ct. The appraisal is based on the diamonds adding up to approx. 0,95-1,0 ctw.
However inclusions and colour of the diamonds also determine the value and this is not visible on the photos.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the ring has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the diamond and gold ring. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
