Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a japanese Satsuma ceramics vase in the moriage decorated brocade style, produced for export to western countries. The vase in your possession has an ovoid body, long neck and a flaring opening. The depicted sceneries of playing children and Lucky Gods are very typical and common and can be found on many Satsuma export ware items dating from the 1870s to the 1920s. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
