The presented object appears to be a Colt Single Action .44 six-shot revolver. It has a patent from 1875 and the serial number 288005 which dates this piece to the year 1907.
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market. 
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 1.500 to 3.000 USD.
