This appears to be a late 19th century Lithograph, a document issued by by the Independent Order of Good Templars, with a number of signatures of members of a local charter. It is a very decorative document, depicting to templar knights to the left and right, a caring mother and children surrounded by flags at the top. The estimate is based on similar sold or offered at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
