1899 Colt Army Single Action Revolver .45 c with Colt Archive letter.
An elderly couple owned this and sold it to me prior to passing away about 1970.

The presented object appears to be a Colt Single Action Revolver 45/c and a barrel length of 4 3/4. This revolver ha the serial number 184608 which dates this piece into the year 1899.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 1.000 to 2.000 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

The letter from Colt that I have posted on here has the serial number and the date that the gun was delivered to the store that then sold it. The information comes from Colt's archives.
