Good morning, Bruce,
I have amended the condition but have left the estimate as is. If you decide to sell this at auction, the auctioneer will be able to review the condition in person and can assess how best to characterize the condition. Thanks for letting me know!
After further inspection, I would say the set is in good condition. The box is definitely well worn, but that is mostly from fifty plus years of storage and several moves. The tracks could use some cleanup, however the engine and cars are still in excellent shape and show little discernible wear.
