Product made by Anthony California Inc, working condition, ornamental flowers missing 12 petals in all/ of the 4 crystal ornamental flowers. Light scratches on the base. Still very shining and all light setting work perfectly. Still has original sticker on the bottom. Little to no discoloration on the glass tulip petals or scratches. Beautiful piece
