No scratches or discoloration. "PLEASANT COMPANY" stamped on neck. No signature. Tag on inside of dress reads "MADE IN WEST GERMANY FOR PLEASANT COMPANY DOLL CONTAINS: ALL NEW SYNTHETIC FIBER © 1986 PLEASANT COMPANY, INC."
