With just ten years difference in age, it wouldn't change it at all. I've amended the appraisal to read "late 1980s-late 1990s"
Thank you! I do have one question. In looking more closely at the handwritten date, it seems more likely to be “88” vs. “98.” If it were a 9, the circular part would be in the left, whereas this is on the right indicating it’s possibly a “messy” “8.”
How would this change the appraisal?
