Considering the photographs, overall pattern, doll type, decoration and the colours, I concluded that this is a Camellia Garden Collection Porcelain Doll. The piece dates back to the period from 1995-1999. The piece was mass produced by the company in the 1990's and early 2000's. The piece is the higher-end of the dolls with a wooden case, the case is crowned with a wooden rose motif on the pediment of the wooden case. The piece has a deep green velvet dress with Victorian inspirations including it's hat. Both the hat and the clothes are enhanced by pearl shaped likely plastic details. The piece has a certificate of authenticity with it. On it's backing, it has a hanging to be used on a wall. The piece is in good condition without any visible problems.
