This is an absolutely gorgeous stepback cabinet, all original as best as I can tell from the photos. The market for these pieces is usually hampered a bit by the sheer size - most people living in apartments don't have the space for this, and many people don't live in homes with formal dining rooms.
That said, similar ones that have come to auction in recent years have usually sold for between $3,000-5,000;
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
An antique Gothic revival carved walnut sideboard cabinet
Unattributed American maker, probably coastal US, 1875-1900
Of rectangular section and two pieces, the set-back top with outset molded cornice with a detached gallery over a covered shelf raised on therms with relief-carved backs and centering a beveled mirror plate, the lower section with compound molding over a case fitted with two drawers over three cabinet doors with relief carvings, all on an outset carved molded and shaped box base.

CONDITION: This appears to be in generally good condition with some minor wear commensurate to its age and use.
