Not sure of many of the details. Wooden foldable chairs with canvas seating. Canvas stained. The wood is more rustic or unfinished than the other one.

These look like 19th Century collapsible folding chairs made by BJ Harrison, a furniture maker that appears under several similar names: “B. J. Harrison & Co.”, “B. J. Harrison Mfg. Co.” and sometimes simply “B. J. Harrison”. Since these don't appear to be labeled, their value isn't as much as ones that are labeled; additionally, the market for such 19th Century seating furniture is quite low unless owned by a person of historical significance, or if present at a historically significant event (ie, the table a peace treaty might have been signed at, or the battle campaign furniture owned by US Grant). Please let me know if that's the case with these chairs.
The audience for such chairs is often quite limited, though movie/film production houses often acquire period furniture so that their productions are as "authentic" as possible; museums and historic re-enactors also might have interest.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
