The arms are rather short, the neck / shoulder section surprisingly long, the plush is most likely synthetic. I can´t attribute it to any of the larger manufacturers like Steiff or Chad-Valley. The estimate is based on similar items sold or offered at auction. There is no measuement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
