Hi Sarah,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
I cant find those combination of marks in any of the online silver-marks databases we have access to, or the reference books I have at home but as this looks like it was all made together, it's possible the cruet stand was made in Ireland to go with the Waterford crystal bottles.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage Edwardian style Waterford crystal and silver plated cruet set
Possibly Irish, mid 20th Century
The three-part cruet stand with ring-form handle and marked to the underside, each bottle of baluster form with bulbous knop stopper, thumb-print and diamond decoration.
each bottle 10 inches tall; overall height of stand 12 1/2 inches
CONDITION: some tarnishing to stand and wear and very minor use losses to bottles.
PROVENANCE: inherited
$ 50-75*
