This appears to be what you suggested, an edwardian era Booths Silicon China transfer printed and hand painted dinner service, manufactured in the first quarter of the 20th century. The plates show the craquelure typical for this type of stoneware. The estimate is based on similar sets sold at auction. If offered piece by piece you could sell the set for up to double the high estimate.
