I worked in an an Irish toy store called Smyths Toys in Tallaght, Dublin, Ireland in 1998. I had just started going out with my now wife. One of my departments when training as a manager in the store was the dolls and cuddly toys dept. At the the time 'Beanie Baby' were the rage and anytime we had a new delivery I would by my then girlfriend one. She collected them and when we left Ireland to move to the UK she put them in a secure bag and gave them to her mother to look after. They have been in the attic of her mothers house in Galway since. So they have not seen daylight nor have they ever been 'played with' or handled much. My niece recently found them and asked who owned them and looked into the perceived values of some and informed us. Hence the request for valuation. The Beanie Baby's we have are : Peace Halo Millennium Claude Neon Lips Spunky Fleecie Goochy Razzles All the bears have their original tags. I don't have the receipts but my employment at Smyths Toys can be verified from records there. The bears have never been used and are in mint condition.
