The lamps Appear to be cast bronze because they are heavy. They are shaped like urns and are fluted. There are gold touches, maybe ormolu or gilt? Ball pull chain and a distinctive base. The color is like basalt, almost black or just slate gray. They work perfectly.
The lamps measure 35 inches tall and they are sic by six inches at the base. I think they are 1950s, but I do not know. They came from an antiques store.
