This is a traditional painting of a cottage with birch trees on a riverbank. It measures 24 x 28 inches. It is signed on the lower right, "Percy". The condition is good except for a few scratches that I can see on your painting.

Unfortunately, after searching this artist, I am sorry to say that I was unable to find any similar artist's signature in our records. It seems to me that an obscure artist has executed the painting that you own.

Therefore, this is reflected in the estimate in red that appears above. The subject work’s size, composition, and condition were also considered when determining these figures.
