A vintage metal coffee or teapot with etching
This pot has etching detail on the body, the spout, and there is a finial on the top. It looks like brass, but is not as bright. The handle has scrolls or some other sort of design. It measures 11 nches tall from the base to the top of the handle. It is 8.75 inches from the spount to the outside point at the handle. It has two screws that protude from both sides of the pot.

The protruding pins would have sat on a kettle stand, which this would have originally come with.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A Victorian cast and engraved brass hot water kettle
Probably English or European, mid/late 19th Century
With single hinged scrolled handle over a domed cover, the body with engraved sides and protruding stand pins, serpentine spout. Apparently unmarked.
11 inches overall height, 8 3/4 inches width across spout
CONDITION: lacking original stand but appears to be in good condition, with minor pitting and use wear
