An antique Aaron Willard parcel gilt mahogany, eglomise and brass banjo clock
made in Boston, circa 1815
with an eight-day movement, surmounted by a gilt acorn finial, the white enamel dial with black Roman numeral chapter ring, inscribed "Aaron Willard/Boston," the parcel gilt neck with brass supports enclosing a reverse-painted (eglomise) panel with scrolls and stylized foliate flourishes, over a base with eglomise/reverse-painted ship decoration, with pendulum.
