The print describes the former splendor of ancient Persia, depicting an Emperor and his wife in front of a temple structure or gate, a golden lion statue in front of them. The print was most likely produced in the last quarter of the 20th century. An offset print is simply a reproduction of very little, basicallly decorative value, although it might represent a very high sentimental value to you.
