What does this mean?

Hi Jeffrey,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
I'm quite certain that this is a lithograph print of Bierstadt's "Merced River, Yosemite Valley," which he painted in 1866; the original is at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and has been widely reproduced.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

after Albert Bierstadt (American, 1830 - 1902)
Merced River, Yosemite Valley, 1866
color lithograph, framed
sight size: 24 inches high, 36 inches wide
CONDITION: not examined out of the frame but appears to be in good condition.
$200-300*
*represents a fair-market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary.
