Dear Steve,
Thank you for your request. The presnted objet is a set of four etchings after the draft by Henry Alkin. It depicts scenes from hunting and the titles picturise the steps of an coursing hunting event "Unkenneling", "Breaking Cover, "Full Cry", "The Death". This prints are probably made in the second half of the 19th century. All prints are framed and have a passepartout. Sadly there are water damages and a yellowing as traces of the ages visible. Sadly these sorts of prints were a common decoartion but now are out of time so too many pieces like this appear on the market to find few interests.
An estimation would be 80 between to 160 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
With best regards,
Georg
Dear Steven,
The estimate was meant for all prints as a set. I am sorry for the confusion.
With kind regards,
Georg
