Probably Chinese manufacture for the export market, 20th Century
The gilt metal finial over a pierced cylindrical shade, the lamp base of bulbous form in amber glass with palm fronds, all raised on four scrolling openwork feet.

the lamps are 30 inches high i have 2 of them and the metal shade is 11 inches high the electric switch is marked ting shen there is no marks on the lamps
