Based on the photographs and information you provided, this is an offset lithograph or giclee print of John Henry Frederick Bacon's "An Elegant Soiree", the original was painted in oil on canvas in 1903. The back of the frame indicates there may be some water damage that could affect the value. There have not been any previous examples of this sold at auction before but other prints after Bacon's paintings have brought in the range of $50-150.
