Not sure who had it or its origins as i won this at an auction and it included a COA. Just want to make sure that these signatures of all 4 Beatles in Blue Ink are authentic before maybe sending it off to JSA etc. Thx!

Hi Seth,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
PYX was the name of a 1960s magazine/booklet published by PYX Productions / Highlight Publications that featured pop culture content, most notably The Beatles during the early part of Beatlemania. These booklets from around 1963–1964 included photos and content about the band and have become collectible items today. Copies of these vintage issues — especially those with signatures or in high grade — can fetch significant prices at auction or collectible sales (e.g., thousands of dollars for Beatles-related copies).
They are often described in collectibles listings as magazine-like booklets or fan publications rather than mainstream periodicals. Collectors of music memorabilia frequently list them under “PYX magazine” because that’s the title printed on the cover.
I've found a half-dozen virtually identical examples being offered at auction in the past 10 years, for prices ranging from $525 (Norwood Auctions in 2025) to $10,000 at Julien's Auctions in 2020 (Julien's online catalog doesn't specify if that copy had interesting provenance to justify the significantly higher price) but most seem to sell between $525 and $2,000, with estimates typically in the $800-1,200 range.
Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, or questions/concerns, and thank you again for using Mearto.
