An 18k Gold Coral Cameo Pendant/Brooch, probably c.1900, Italian,
the pink & white coral cameo (sometimes called angel skin) carved to depict with the mask of a mythical god with it's tongue protruding, within a plain gold & ropetwist stamped 750, measuring 1.25” x 1” x ½”.
