Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a british circa 1900 arts and crafts movement watercolour, illustrating the poem by Percy Bysshe Shelley: "That orbed maiden.." The Arts and Crafts movement was an aesthetic movement of the second half of the 19th century which aimed at a new appreciation of the decorative arts and artistic reform. The watercolour (?) in your possession was most likely done by a follower of William Morris. Without a signature or date it is not possible to identify the artist. The estimate is based on similar by lesser known artists offered or sold at auction.
