Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an american cabinet of the 1920s -1930s, the base is a construction of turned wood columns with scrollwork, followed by large drawer with drop handles, two doors on both sides, the center with a fretwork decorated vitrine. Such vitrines were popular during the first half of the 20th century and often part of a set of dining room furniture. Similar vitrines or cabinets have been offered at auction. The estimate is based on auction results, "asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
