The item appraised is a late 19th century, European 14K yellow gold and guilloche enameled ladies pocket watch. The watch opens to a white face with Roman numeral hours and Arabic numeral minutes. Based on the photos, the watch also converts to a bifold locket.
The photos supplied are a bit blurry, so detail is difficult to decipher. I do not see any diamonds as stated in the description provided. Regardless, they are likely quite small and add little value to affect the estimate greatly. The estimate provided is for a well advertised auction.
