The piece is 44" tall and 27.5" wide. The front is painted and trimmed with a silk border. The back trim appears to be muslin. It has some wear on it. On the back are the words, "Buddha in the attitude of perfect mediation. Posture a perfect triangle." It appears to have 3 signatures on the back.
I inherited this from a friend who inherited this from a friend of hers in 1990 who passed away at 104 years of age. The piece appears to be quite old.
