Antique British Sterling epergne with single flute, bowl and three hanging baskets. Marked HM makers mark for Henry Moreton, anchor for Birmingham, lion passant (forward facing) standard mark and lower case O for year mark of 1913. 11.5” high, top bowl 9” across.
My Grandparents purchased this item on a trip to England in the 1960’s.

Surmounted by a large pierced bowl on a trumpet form base, flanked by curved arms supporting three pierced basket bowls, on a circular base.
height 11 1/2 inches; diameter of top bowl 9 inches
CONDITION: appears to be in very good condition with some expectant tarnishing
