Antique candlestick bronze lamp with tripod base
The lamp appears to be bronze, and it has interesting details on the column or stem. It could stand a good cleaning perhaps. It is 24 inches high from the base to the socket, and it is 28 inches from the base to the tip to where a finial is missing. The base features a carved circular design at each corner, and it is 5 inches wide approximately. It is a relatively heavy piece considering its slim silhouette.
This lamp came from a South Bay antique store.

This type of candlestick was very popular during the late 19th Century, when there was a revival of things medieval and from the Renaissance. pairs of these lamps are generally more popular than single lamps; if this were a pair I would expect it to bring $400-600.

I looked carefully. The metal is pretty dark underneath and I do not see any marks. I uploadeded a couple of pictures of the underside.
