Antique carved chairs newly reupholstered but continues to have horse hair

Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A pair of Baroque style turned and upholstered walnut armchairs
late 19th/early 20th Century
With pierced arching crest, barley-twist sides flanking an upholstered seat panel, part-upholstered arms with lions-head terminals on barley twist supports, over-the-rail upholstered seats, all raised on inverted trumpet form legs joined by a barley-twist H-stretcher.
