The mantle clock indicates that it was made by the Lux Clock Manufacturing Company in Waterbury Ct. To me it looks like brass, but I’m not sure. The original cord is with the clock. It’s not like the electric cords that we use today. I’ve attached pictures of all angles of the clock. I’d be interested in your opinion . Thank you.
