From comparisons online, I believe this is a German doll with bisque head and extremities and a paper mache body. I cannot locate any identifying marks on the neck and it’s difficult to remove the clothing to look at the body. There are signs of wear and the arms, although still connected, are loose. The clothing is dirty.

For an item to be called "antique," it has to be more than 100 years old; this was made in Germany in the mid 20th Century so it's more appropriate to be called "vintage." Also, it's not bisque porcelain, which would have a matte finish rather than the shinier finish I can see in the photos. It's possible this is chalkware, which feels a little like bisque porcelain but is not as hard or as heavy.
Other Easter Bunnies of similar age and form typically bring $100-150 when sold at auction; note this may be a lower price than that asked by online or brick-and-mortar sellers.
