Handmade 48"x72" wool rug. It has no markings attached but is clearly handmade. It may have been made as a tapestry. It's thicker than any tapestries I'm familiar with though. But it's also thinner than the Persian rugs I have of the same size. There's also no apparent attempt made to make it hangable. It's a distinctive design.
Inherited from Aunt and Uncle. I don't believe it was exhibited. I don't know anything about its provenance.
