Dresser may have been made in Brazil’s. It may be over 100 year old. It has double doors with old keys. Dresser leg is in the shape of bird feet. Made of wood. The door handles swing.

Elements of this small commode align with European (notably Spanish) precedents, unsurprising as you said this was made in Brazil. The wood is probably Brazilian mahogany but could also be Brazilian rosewood - in truth, there's little difference in value between the two different woods.
Similar chests of comparable size and age have been selling at auction recently for between $300 and $500.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A Spanish Colonial Revival style carved mahogany or rosewood table-top commode
made in Brazil, early 20th Century
The molded edged top with serpentine sides over a relief-carved frame over two doors opening to reveal an interior fitted with three lined drawers, all on claw-carved feet.
