This charmingly primitive bear has obviously been well loved for several generations. In this case, its "sentimental" value to you and your family probably outweighs its value "in the market".

A primitive hand-made mohair straw-filled teddy bear
probably European, early 20th Century
With short light gray mohair fur, offset glass eyes, sewn nose and mouth, leather waistcoat with metal buttons, red plaid vest, striped mohair legs and linen feet. Unsigned.
11 inches high
CONDITION: in well-loved but extensively worn condition with seam separations and repairs, protubing stuffing, staining, some mohair losses.

No tags but the braiding on the vest is leather I think and no growler that I know of? He looks kinda like a jester .how old do u think he is? He is filled with straw
