Dear Evaldas,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. My sincere apologies for the delay with the appraisal.
The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil paint on canvas with the measurements of 33 x 22 cm. The painting is a copy of a painting depicting a young woman with the title "La Fornarina". It depicts the model and mistress of the famous Italian Renaissance painter Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino. The original painting is attributed to Raphael or Sebastian Del Piombo. This copy was made in the second half of the 19th century. It is on the reverse side titles with Fornarina named with Raphael and the artist who painted this painting signed with Zini. Sadly no additional information is given in reference books and databases
