I am quite sure that the material is 14 kt yellow gold but without any stamps or marks it is difficult to determine. This would have to be tested to be certain. The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the turquoise gold ring has the best chance of realising its fullest potential.
