Antique silk picture 1855 antique Japanese or Chinese picture signed and stamped
Excellent condition found in a loft at Sacket House in Birchington , which was a very grand mansion over 100 years old wrapped in blanket. Either silk embroidery or paint on silk not to sure, but because of age hoping could be valuable, Please enlighten me if you can , Is signed and stamped in Japanese /Chinese writing.

A Chinese silk embroidery on silk of a natural scenery with man on a boat, from late 19th century. It is generally called xiuhua or zhahua ('making decorations with a needle'; xiu referring to embroidery itself). Chinese embroidery has a long history since the Neolithic age. Because of the quality of silk fibre, most Chinese fine embroideries are made in silk. Some ancient vestiges of silk production have been found in various Neolithic sites dating back 5,000–6,000 years in China.
